Book with us and rest assured that you have a bed when you arrive at your chosen destination. | | How the booking process works: | You first need to choose a destination and your dates in our search panel. You will then see all the hostels which are available for those dates in that particular city. Once you have selected a hostel, you need to choose your room type and the number of persons you wish to book for. At this stage you will have reached the booking page where you are asked for your credit or debit card details. These are required to pay a 10% deposit online to secure your reservation.
You will also be charged a fee of US$2.00 to cover the services and tax charges. When you arrive at your chosen accommodation, you will be required to pay the remaining 90% due on your bill. You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your reservation which you should print and bring to the hostel. The 90% balance due when you arrive at the hostel will be clearly displayed on your booking confirmation. This confirmation will also be e-mailed to you if you provide a valid e-mail address when completing your personal details.
Once you click the "Confirm" button it should only take up to 1 minute to receive confirmation of your booking on screen. Do not click the confirm button more than once or you will be charged more than once. Please note that due to the nature of the internet and individual e-mail servers that sometimes confirmation e-mails will not be received.
